Because at The Pilates Connection Wellness Center we do not believe in the "one size fits all" approach, we are here to help you achieve your goals from general health and fitness to rehabilitation. Our teachers are knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, functional movement and assessment. Our studio is fully equipped with chairs, barrels, balls, reformers with towers, and many assistive devices. We work with a wide variety of clients from marathon runners, to those with osteoporosis, hip and knee replacements, senior citizens, Parkinson's clients, Pre and Post Natal women, and clients in cancer treatment.

From stretching to core strengthening to rehabilitation or for relaxation purposes, the Oov can be utilised with significant benefits for spinal health. The Oov can be readily applied in the fields of fitness, yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractics, even massage and stress relief.


Specific exercises and stretches have already been developed with the help of medical practitioners and trainers to address different body types, patterns and ailments.
