Group Classes

Get your weekend off to a great start with an invigorating Saturday morning workout. 
At 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays we are now offering Zumba Toning, which adds extra toning moves to a Zumba cardio workout.  We'll keep you moving and toning for 75 minutes!

We also have Zumba on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. and Fridays at 3:00 p.m.

Check out the Cardio / Pilates class on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 p.m.
This class combines stimulating cardio exercise with firming and toning Pilates mat work using weights, rings, and exercise balls.  
Come move to the beat, increase your heart rate, tone your abs, and improve your posture.
